Three Point Fitness experience.
More than likely I was just like you. I was overweight, out of shape and not likely to lead a healthy life. Then one day I decided to make a change. After much struggling and dedication to make a change, I started exercising for myself and to be around for my wife and four kids.
Through the years I have met some wonderful people and made some amazing friends. I have trained for and raced 5k events to ultra-marathons. I have competed in triathlons from sprints to an Ironman.
My most important goal is to be a good example for my children to lead a healthy lifestyle.
After some time I decided it was time to help others. I earned a Personal Trainer Certification from the Cooper Institute, a Run Coach Certification from the Road Runners Club of America, a Resistance Band Coach Certification from Resistance Band Training and Small Group Training Certification and Group Strength Training Certification from SCW Fitness.
My inspiration and focus comes from God. I am grateful for everyday and the opportunity to help others reach their goals. My favorite quotes from Pastor Keith include: "You got to be that before you can see that", "Don't let your good rob you of better", and "It's easier to act into a feeling than feel your way into an action." God's word and Pastor Keith's leadership is reflected in my approach to personal training.
